My role as a Coach is to support my clients in achieving their goals in the shortest time possible. This is achieved by helping them stretch outside their own comfort zones, and by challenging their limiting beliefs.

As your coach, I will be your creative partner in helping you to achieve your personal or relational goals and to make positive, fulfilling changes in your life. Through purposeful questioning, active listening and practical exercises, I can help you clarify your own intentions, develop your innate skills, and help you remove the obstacles stopping you reaching your full potential.

HOW IT WORKS

Coaching itself can take place face to face, over the telephone, via email, online or web chat systems. Standard sessions are 60 minutes and are usually spaced at least a week apart. Although a one-off session can provide a good boost, to be truly effective 6-12 sessions will provide a longer lasting result. It really is up to the client how long the session should be and how often contact with the coach happens. The above is simply a guideline, and gives a good idea of what tends to be effective for most people.

Over the weeks, you will develop your own personal tool kit, full of powerful tools to help you achieve your dreams. How do you know that it will be powerful? Because it has been designed by you, specifically for you and no one else! Each person is unique, so is each coaching session and tool kit that is developed.
